Diplomacy

I have diplomacy on. I hit Spain with the first try, and have had not a chance since and it is July 19 1940.
Why am I not getting anymore chances at it?

Every country has a chance to get influence points each turn. Perhaps you were unlucky.

Maybe I will create an averaging scenario so players get more.

I STRONGLY, no VERY STRONGLY, suggest you do not play with Diplomacy vs the A.I.
