French Complete Surrender Bug ?

Good morning -

Thanks for making an interesting game! It seems like there is a bug relating to complete French Surrender in the 1939 full scenario in version 1.00.04. Axis have taken all French mainland production and manpower cities. Ending the turn results in the game going into a semi-locked state. The turn stalls on the Allies movement, and I as the Axis player I am able to move and manipulate French forces - though not British. The top menu bar is not visible. I've done a full reboot and tried 3 attempts which all end with the same results as described.

Using the same save game and selecting Vichy option from the War Panel allows the turn to end normally and the game plays on. Happy to fire over the save files via PM if that would be helpful.
