Hex Grid off game crash

I was just about to complete a turn when I zoomed out, turned on the hex grid using the hide/show grid button near the bottom and a FAILED(on_left_button_down): Permission denied error came up. When I cleared the error box the game crashed. Unfortunately the turn was not yet saved.

I sent the error files as instructed in another crash thread: FAILED(on_left_button_down): Permission denied

Whew, I realized the Error Last State file is a save of the game just before the crash and was able to proceed from there. That kept my national Morale from plummeting.

Thanks for the files but unfortunately it is not repeatable. Based on the error log it looks like an odd Operating System error where permission was temporarily denied to your mouse button action. Likely you will not encounter this error again on your end either, but if you do please let me know.

Thanks. Good it is not apparently a game problem. And also good the game will save at that point. I will certainly let you know if it happens again.

Oh, do you think maybe I should check to see if the mouse ware needs updating?

Not sure to be honest, but updated drivers to the latest and greatest aren't usually ever a bad idea.
