Strike Missions & Escort Flights

It seems there is no way to add aircraft via LUA as a escort fligh to a strike mission. Or am I missing something?

Additionally, it seems that the fields in mission.strikemission.Strike are not implemented?! According to http://commandlua.github.io/index.html#StrikeMission one should be able to change several parameters related to the strike flight. The parameters mission.strikemission.Escort are working though.....

Has anyone have any idea on how to insert planes as escort flight to strike mission via LUA?
