Reviving a Giant SAM sites

Post by Majick »

Hi All,

In this scenario I have marked enemy SAM sites hostile following attacks on my aircraft. But when I carry out land strikes againt them using AGM-65s or AGM-62Bs, the aircraft will not launch their weapons.

This happens if I let the mission run it's course, if I Auto Engage or if I Manual Engage the target. On Manual Engage I am told the target is outside weapon boresight limits regardless of how far out from target or what altitude my aircraft are.

My last query relating to SCUDs elicited no responses at all, so I'm hoping I get more luck with this one....

Hi Paul,

I'm trying to attach a saver but all I get is this message:

'C:\fakepath\c0af90a6-9c0b-42cb-92ab-6cc67ea94b18.save is not supported'

The save file is over 10 times the size of your 200KB limit.

Regards

Hi Majick

You need to ZIP the save file before up-loading it.
This forum only supports ZIP files.

Hmm.. Well now I get:

C:\fakepath\c0af90a6-9c0b-42cb-92ab-6cc67ea94b18.zip is not supported

The zip file is still 1631KB and the upload limit says 200KB.

I assume the link I use is where it says 'Click to upload' at the bottom of the post? But that says the limit is 200KB

Hi Majick

For some reason you are only allowed to upload a 200kb file and no zip files in this sub forum.
Try creating a new thread in the tech support sub forum.
There you are allowed 9999kb file sizes and zip files.
