Side select is always "Axis - Japan" and "Allied - US and CW"

Side select is always "Axis - Japan" and "Allied - US and CW"

When I click on "Single Player" from the main menu to start a game, I get a pick list of scenarios and above them there's a "side select" window. I can change the name of the country OK, to Italy or Germany or whatever, but the text alongside always says "Axis - Japan" and "Allied - US and CW".

I can't find where in the editor I can change this.

No effect on gameplay but it's a bit irritating that my Iceland 1940 scenario is labelled Japan and US even though neither 1/ is in it and 2/ was in the war at the time either...

Any ideas? Can this be edited?
