Cannot find file

Saved a campaign I am going to mess with a bit. It used the Triple Alliance campaign as a baseline. Saved it using a different name. Went back to it and it will not load. Says it cannot find a file. The path leads to the convoy events text. I looked and the file exists, Opened the Triple Alliance Campaign and it opened. Saved the campaign, changing the name, but with no other changes and the save will not load so I know it is nothing I changed. Any ideas?
