I've been working this last week on a list that shows what custom equipment is available for each Nation, and how to get it,and when. This list can also be used to identify aircraft & land units.

It should be in every GD1938v3 version as of 1.03 ... however since that has yet to be finished, here is an advanced copy.

Question:
Notice that there appears to be some missing level items (example-British Dive Bomber III does not exist goes straight from II to IV...DO we have to research III even if we get nothing for it?

Well,

You would usually get the normal divebomber III in the case you mentioned. There are some exceptions, of which I am not aware, but in general if nothing is mentioned, you get the generic version.
