Fixing "gamey" issues

Is there a plan to fix flaws in the game that players take advantage of to get unrealistic results?

1) French half-strength infantry corps waiting off the coast of Italy the turn they declare war to invade and bring their morale down 40 points.
2) Token invasion of the Atlantic coast in Jan-Feb 1942 to prevent the Germans coastal battery event. Why is this event connected to whether there has been a landing or not? If those hexes aren't compromised, it should still happen.
3) Using aviation units to leap-frog ground units past obstacles like mountains (the swapping units rule). Aviation shouldn't be able to swap locations with ground units to give the player an added mobility.

There are more, but these are the ones that come to mind.

There is a change coming for 1), and now that you've mentioned 2) as something experienced players do, I will have a think about a way to make it less gamey.

3) is a problem that requires a delicate solution. I admit that I use this feature very liberally, such as using it to bring a chinese HQ south ASAP. Still, without unit swapping it will be very difficult to organize troops.

Maybe a good solution like havoc recommended is to make air units only able to swap with other air units. Still, I like to use the unit swap to get my aircraft one hex closer to the target as well in order to attack in the same turb, so this would indirectly nerf airpower by reducing the number of friendly units that can swap with it.
