[More Info Needed] Refueling logic post incomplete refuel event

I have a fairly detailed thread on refueling logic running the "Invasion" mission of "Desert Storm" (a great refueling logistics mission) in the Desert Storm section.

I would appreciate getting into a detailed set of test cases for refueling based on the conditions I have described and can share via saved games with Refueling missions and Ferry missions with multi-refuel legs to a Ferry mission.
