Ok I finally got time to look at all angles of interception.

Tested single fleet interception (intercepts 2x not 3x)
Tested single air unit interception (intercepts 2x not 3x)
Tested single carrier fleet interception (intercepts 2x not 3x)

All should be good now.

Tested the Alps claim that isn't working. It is working.
