Suggestion: Archiving Reports and Decisions

I'm suggesting a small quality of life improvement to the game. Simply put, to have an archive that saves intelligence reports and decisions made. Like, for example, the players get reports saying which towns / areas need to be garrisoned to prevent this or that, but it's quite easy to forget as time goes by. The same thing with decisions where the effects have not gone to full effect yet.
