Eagle Day to Bombing the Reich Patch 1.05 map graphic fix

With the recent official addition of a new map with Patch 1.05 there is the need to make a minor fix for the BoB maps graphics. The new map came from the VIP mod and was already adjusted for the patch, unfortunately not in regards to the timeframe covered by the Battle of Britain campaigns in 1940 & 1941.
I made this quick unofficial fix and removed the area called Noordoostpolder as that area was not dry land before December 1942, so it should be water in both BoB campaigns.

Just download, backup original files and add unpack this fix to the same location as the original files.

Be aware that this is a pure graphical fix, some locations(three) on the mainland and the areas in England have to be adjusted too but that is out of my possibilities as it involves correcting data and not graphics. Who wants to contribute to this should post the needed data corrections here:
