1.00.06U5 Beta Reinforcements

I'm really not trying to be a pain here. Honestly. I really do enjoy the game. Thanks for the update. Gonna start a new campaign tonight, hardest level possible as Germany.

Installed 1.00.06U5 Beta and uploaded all campaign files from the Beta site.

Reinforcements still don't show as 20% of full strength as per manual. I've included a pic an my fix which seems to work. Just have not done extensive testing.
