[Feedback Requested] CMO Launch / start screen does not close

Hi, I cannot play CMO.. the launch screen appears and when I click on load or start a new game the load screen(with roating globe) remains and the main interface screen with world map etc.. appears and I can see it via alt tab but cannot bring main game windowup. Please help. Thanks. PS I have tried unistalling and validating files via steam.
