Where can I find the downloadable collections of optimised starter ships?

Where can I find the downloadable collections of optimised starter ships?

I seem to recall Timotheus offering downloadable "packages" of ships that they have designed which are better than the ones that the game assigns as defaults (both civilian and military). I would have thought lots of other opinionated people would have shared their ship designs too - but where are they? I am open to tinkering with designs but would prefer to do so starting from a decent base!
