Supply display issue

I have noticed recently that in North Africa, one UK or UK minor (possibly Indian too, not sure) HQ will typically show "9" supply when you hit the supply display icon, when it obviously should show an 8 instead. This doesn't appear to reflect the actual distribution supply value of the HQ, as units tracing supply to it appear to have the correct supply value (i.e., one that is based on an 8 distribution from the HQ). So, this isn't a critical issue, but it would be good to fix it in the next patch. Haven't noticed it for IT or GE HQs in North Africa, but haven't necessarily scanned carefully for it either.
