Germany out - Axis Minors still active

Fury Games has now signed with Matrix Games, and we are working together on the next Strategic Command. Will use the Slitherine PBEM++ server for asynchronous multi-player.

Germany out - Axis Minors still active

Hi guys,

interesting stuff happening in my recent PBEM-game as Axis.
I got my butt kicked as Axis player. Germany is out of the war. Italy is still fighting on. Earlier in the game I have been able to get Iraq joining the team.
Now, with Germany out of the game, I still collect some MPPs for the Axis Minors (under the German flag).
Actually I was able to buy a garrison and deploy it in Bagdad.
Is this intended? [&:]

Yes, this would be the expected behavior in this situation if the game has not yet met the applicable Victory Conditions.
