WarPlan freezes with Axix declare war on Vichy France

I'm playing the Europe 1939 scenario as the Allies, and when the Axis declare War on Vichy France, the game freezes up on the production screen. I've gone back to autosave and reloaded the game several times, but this still happens. I have installed the 1.06 update earlier this week. Any insight would be appreciated.

Is this an old game from v1.00.05 or a new game started?

Hi, I have exact problem, when allies declare war on Vichy in 1941 and defeat them I get stuck at Production and Repair: 0 units remaining to exectute orders.
The log file is 18MB size, but I have repeated paragraphs in the file:
