Another example: ghost CVP loaded on CV

This is from net play, and is an example of basically the same thing in the previous post. Here is the situation:
- MA41...US not in the war
- all US CVs in San Diego
- US player shifting CVPs around on CVs in port
- the CV Wasp has a CVP-1 that cannot be selected to rebase...it is permanently frozen to the deck

Any hints on how wake this CVP up?

I have had a couple issues like this and I have another I have not posted yet. Sometimes I move aircraft between CVP during the remove aircraft from map stage. If I have a CV in port I can load on a CVP or move one from a CVP to another CV in the same port. Not sure if this maybe causing the issue as you are moving CVP outside the re base phase.
