Syria French Home country conquest bug

V03.01.00.02 and V03.01.00.03
Situation is I wanted to see what happens to Free French units if their nominated home country was conquered. Germans have captured Damsacus, at the conquest phase the game freezes..no green button. It is a game stopper here mid 1944.

I ran the save in version 2.7.1 and everything worked ok, French were able to pick a new home country and their units in Syria remained on the map. Game was able to be continued.
