aircraft not upgrading

I was wondering why they weren't. However they have upgraded to '40 stats (air combat 5) but claim that they are still '39

vintage.....

Have probs uploading JPEG screenie Full size Matrix says too big (not a problem before) and 50% is unreadable

You need to shrink it.

Upgrade works. You just have to realize that it takes PP to upgrade and different units/situations have priority over others. Look in the rulebook.

I was following the rules + setting aside about 100 points per turn for upgrade etc. Maybe it was just taking longer that I expected. No current problems
