1.00.07U82: Add merchants and escorts transfer in Turn Report

I was willing to know what the number was compared to the Netherlands:
Fixed added merchants and escorts to the following countries: Belgium, Norway, Denmark, and Greece.
Added Netherlands patrol group, 30 merchant marine, 3 escorts

I think it would be great if the right numbers could be shown to the player in the turn report.

A message like the following in the Turn Report window:

Germany declares war on Denmark
Denmark gives 1 escort and 11 merchants to UK fleet

Germany declares war on Belgium
Belgium gives 0 escort and 4 merchants to UK fleet

Germany declares war on Greece
Greece gives 0 escort and 17 merchants to UK fleet

Germany declares war on Norway
Norway gives 0 escort and 48 merchants to UK fleet

Germany declares war on Netherlands
Netherlands gives 3 escort and 30 merchants to UK fleet
