Excellent, I figured you would. I will set one up. June 1943. Map "large" Western Europe Central France. 6800 PT's All tournement rules and 10 % artillery buy rule or 680 pts for Artillery units. No Air units, ammo "on" limited. Reduced squads off, C and C off, Historic off-Troops set to 70 %. Fast Artillery off, rarity off, all other options set "on" at a 100%. Thirty turns, Visibility 30 , weather mild. Reinforcements allowed. No first turn Bombardments. Smoke only if needed. Good Luck.
My last game was close. So this Game will be a battle to the last Man. No surrender, No retreat.

Contact, Meine Herr. Flame tanks and Wolverines moving forward. They're supported by airbourne troops. Great , Any 8 inch shells dropping in yet ? Nein, so far only 81mm. :rolleyes: Motorcycle Gangs are great recon. :p They're the first Hell's Angels and well worth the 66 pts.

OKW Offical Update:
American Wolverine killed by 2nd SS Tiger. Tank destroyed crew bailed out. Platoon of M4A1 Flame tanks advancing in the North. American Troops advancing on the Town. Amercian Troops in the fields north of the southern V-Hexs are pinned down. Exspecting Recon in force next turn in the center and north. Special forces Pinned down a 60mm Mortor. No losses....

81's are called in...US quick reaction Arty might be working....

I lost a M3 because his peddle got stuck to the metel...

Lots of small unit action as well...

Heating up...so far IronKat is playing well and holds most VHs. The fight is always "fun" for the first 3 turns...after 3 it becomes "personal";) What turn are we on?

Mein Herr, Our Panzer IV has killed another wolverine. Airbourne troops retreating under heavey fire from mortor teams. Tigers in retreat. One Sherman flame tank killed in the north. Our flame units have made a mad dash for the edge of town and have run into heavey resistance. Recon Units pushing back enemy probes.
A platoon of Shermans heading up the center. I dont know if we can hold. Counter artillery fire is ineffective. Enemy advancing in three pockets. Southern v-hexs in American hands. We are counter attacking......

Report:OKW ; Enemy still advancing, Flame tanks supported by inf recon units. Tiger tanks killed four M3's Light armor units. Mobile-AA killed in the south. Platoon of shermans trying to reinforce in the north.
Enemy has stopped advance on southern V-hexs. Our forward Line is holding. Kompfgruppe ready to attack. Alot of counter battery fire on infantry postions. Effect unkown.
The Americans may be regrouping. Das ist allest.

Well tit for tat this turn..I killed a few of his and he killed a few of mine..I did spot and engage a few AUX units driving around in Stug40s..and also AUX SS inf. We hates SS!:mad:

My morts are feeling the effect of my quick reaction Arty fire as one by one their ammo runs out:(

A flame fight in the town as two M4Flamb'e takes on one of Ironmans last (I hope) FlammWagons. No kills, but it sure is hot in there!:eek:

OKW: Close fighting in town several Sherman flame tanks fall victim to the Wehrmacht. Loses very light. Airbourn troops are surpressed or retreating. Platoon of Shermans Moving closer. Armor counter attack in south is Successfull. Pzkfwp-IV kills another wolverine and a sherman. So far Our losses :
6 Recon squads.
2 Pzkfwp-IV.
4 Flamewagons.
2 Inf. Squads.
1 Sniper.
1 Halftrack HT/1.
2 Special opps squads.
Enemy losses:
5 M4A1's
4 M4A1 FlameTanks
4 Wolverines

My arty is in real bad ammo shape and because my reinforcement hex is in the middle of a swamp I am having real trouble bringing yp ammo.

(shut up!:mad: ) I am falling back on all 3 fronts..

Ironfist has many AUX units in front...that tell me I am doing somthing correct;)

Question...can I have a tiger...just one...man those things are mean! why think of it....Billybadass M4 Jess, driving a Tiger...man!Of course I would have to re-name to M6!;) (nice tank for sissys:rolleyes: )
