additional MPP, much more units, some tech tweaking. German BB shoot distance 2. American BB shoot twice(still range 1). Artillery fires at extended range. China hordes of poor soldiers. American navy costs slashed.
only potential problem is USA does NOT use MPP in bank after ALL possible forces are built. Hence, recommend play PBEM or as Allies.

version 21...after numerous self testing efforts. I can win as ally or axis . Well, the writing is certainly on the wall by Jan 44...if NOT a fully game defined WIN.

ok...so how do I make ".cgn" and ".dat" files available to people??
