Supply stockpiling when expanding factories

Hi, notice when playing Japan and expanding factories in several locations, doesn't the game automatically take into account needed supply requirements for actually repairing them? Iirc to repair requires at least 20k supplies in base hex, it's just annoying to have to hunt down every such location and manually increase supplies required. (And I forget sometimes meaning several turns can go on without repairing)

It's 10k+ not 20. And yes, you have to do it manually. It's a one time adjustment though, so nothing troublesome.

Personally, I think it's better than do an auto supply draw. Supplies might be needed in other place sometimes and you should be able to redirect them.
