Leaders

I'd like to have seen leaders in this series. With their own stats which impacts on their subordinates performance.

Leadership plays a massive role in combat and combat units performance. A great leader can make a poor unit into an above average one or even better. A poor leader can ruin an elite unit in many ways.

Not sure at what level you'd have leaders...battalion or regiment and higher.

I find even when leaders are modelled in a game they don't have the impact I feel they should have, Command Ops for instance.

We have had some discussions on this topic. It is not something that we can do for the initial release of Southern Storm, but we will be looking at leaders and other soft factor impacts of the digital soldiers in the game.

DC Barbarossa does the best job of incorporating leaders & personalities.
