Any possibility of offering a printed manual for purchase? I am old school and still enjoy a large printed manual

Already answered somewhere else: the game is still too volatile - many patches and adaptations are to be expected - that a printed manual now would become invalid too fast. But after the game has stabilized a plan a big hardcopy manual is being planned.
