Attaching a leader to another?

I saw DasTactic do it but I don't see the ATTACH button even though I have enough PP?

You need to call the Adviser and then click on ATTACH, is that how you're trying?

I don't get that button. Does it take a turn to appear? I just brought him on board.

Ah yeah, you can't use anybody until the following turn.

Here's a hint: if you ever have the situation where an Organisation needs defunding and you need to switch some Directors around, remove the Director FIRST and then call the Secretary to change the overall funding BEFORE you roll the turn and add the Director in, so you avoid the relationship hit taken.
