[WAD] A/C climbrate

Post by Theokarl1980 »

Hi
One of a/c params is climb rate.for example,in DB viewer, Cessna 172 has 2m/s average c.r. and 7m/s instantaneous c.r.
But if u see climbrate of it at DB3k_473.db3 file, "2.7" has been written. Why the db data is not equal to db viewer data?

Looking at DB3K 486, none of the data you mentioned matches up. For Aircraft #312 Cessna 172, average climb rate us 590ft/min or 3.0m/s, instant is 1770ft/min or 9.0m/s.

The height of the Cessna 172 is 2.7m so perhaps that's where you're getting confused.

Also, why are you asking about a 2+ year old version of the database?

If you find something that's not working please report it here, but if you could hold off on posting tech support tickets unless you actually see a problem in game it would allow us to focus on correcting issues.

That explains quite a bit actually.

You can download the update from here: https://www.matrixgames.com/forums/tm.asp?m=4785763

It seems that you have a very old version of CMANO, so updating to the version linked above should be quite a big leap forward [:)]
