Which Install Files Do I need if installing from scratch?

The new Cold War turned hot wargame from On Target Simulations, now expanded with the Player's Edition! Choose the NATO or Soviet forces in one of many scenarios or two linked campaigns. No effort was spared to model modern warfare realistically, including armor, infantry, helicopters, air support, artillery, electronic warfare, chemical and nuclear weapons. An innovative new asynchronous turn order means that OODA loops and various effects on C3 are accurately modeled as never before.

Which Install Files Do I need if installing from scratch?

When starting from scratch, which of these files do I need to download and install to get the game working?

Where are those files coming from? I am confused seeing copies of 2.06 and 2.14 with different dates.
OTS is looking forward to Southern Storm getting released!

That said, 2.06 first then 2.14 next. If you have Germany Reforged load that before 2.14.The other ones look like mods. Check out any instructions on how to load those.

From the file downloads link from the game listing on ‘My Page’. I was confused about the numbers and dates too, thanks for answering.

Similar question relating to fresh install, given that the game was rebranded with improvements as the "Player's Edition" is there a difference between the two update file versions of 2.0.14 (the one at the top dated 12-5-2017 vs the bottom dated 2-13-2015)?
