can't send colonists

Great game! Yet...

Tried to send colonists to a city (Austerlitz) with 400+ Logistical Points...

but when I pressed "colonize", I was told my Logistical Points are too low. game is on version 22.(forgive my crappy screenshots)

You'll need to trace the whole Logistical path back to SHQ. For example the Hex just above Austerlitz only has about 300 points. Cant see the rest of the connection to SHQ in your screenshot.
If the connection is fine than please do send a save game with description of problem to vic@vrdesigns.net

Thanks Vic. Turns out my supply line was bottlenecked due to large (off road) supply usage and some stupid traffic signs. Thanks so much!
