First artillery design capped at 105mm

I noticed that even with bigger guns availible, the Automatic design for Artillery if you start at T4 is only using a 105mm gun, despite a 240mm gun being avalible.

I also noticed that the first design I do in Artillery (if I got the model council, but no pre-existing Artillery design), does not show any calliber over 105mm.
This might be a bug similar to the Electric Motor one, as that one also appeared on subsequent designs for me.

Hmmm, I thought that I made a mistake...

But yeah, I ordered 150mm artillery model to be developed and got 105mm one. This was the first artillery I designed. So yeah, can confirm. My tech level was 3.75 at the moment when I ordered the artillery.
