Naval units not showing up in combat.

I have just discovered that sometimes naval units are present in a sea area, but do not show up in subsequent combat. I believe this has to do with units that had their movement undone, and then moved again.

Fortunately, there is a very easy workaround: Save the game at the end of the naval movement step, exit the game, and reload it. The missing naval units will show up in combat. So if you have this problem, this is how you can get around it.
