City destruction

I noticed AI sentinel destroying the last holding of a city in radiation level 3 make it hard to maintain.
Can we have a button to disband the city as nobody live here anymore except 100 pop ?

A single active asset gives -400 Rad to the popuation in that hex and plenlty of jobs to get immigrants there. So it is not like it is not salvageable.

A lower bound would cause issues, as that means you need a minimum amount of settlers for a new city. And might loose the city, if the population drops.

Plus this kinda sounds like a sugestion, rather then a bug.
