G on Unit Tile in Top Left

G on Unit Tile in Top Left

I just noticed a white 'G' on some of my unit tiles in the top left corner under the Action Point blips. I'm pretty sure this wasn't always there, and all of my units don't have it. Anyone know what this means?

It means the unit is 'on guard', ie. it is not selected with the 8, 9 'next unit' 'previous unit' keys. Press '0' to toggle this mode for a selected unit, or press 'Q' to remove guard mode from all your units.
