AI building a LOT of lvl 1 farms (1.02beta3)

Rolling through the desert i came across about 10 lvl 1 farms next to eachother.. I suspect there are more outside my view range, but it's probably enough farms for a bug report right?

FYI, 1.03 is released now.

If the city is still T1, they have no choice but to built a lot to get more food. But 4 of them are in construction.

Good point on the level one city, but no.. it is a level 4 city (it just above the cropped screenshot)... so that's not the reason.. and the following turn all where finished, meaning the AI started four builds at the same time....

and hadn't updated just, didn't want to quit Also i try not to update mid game...

I think the AI freaking out because of food shortages and closeness of enemy. In combination with the rainfall being more plenty closer to the frontline.

Please include a reminder line to point me to the problem.

It would be an interesting situation to inspect in more detail.
