How would I go about getting a refund?

Post by DarkoMiljevic »

The game hardly works on my PC (it just shuts off every now and then, only game this happens to between dominions 5 and a few other misc games), and for the short while it works I find that the UI is just too archaic for me to enjoy so I can't be arsed to fix it.

I'm sure that there are people out there that would enjoy this game and would put in effort into making it work, but I'm not one of them. Is Matrix support the place to reach out to for a refund?

A quick question? Have you checked your memory usage. I have a pretty good machine with 12gig of memory and a couple games I need a clean desktop with none of the factory adds or lots of other programs running. I found out Advanced tactics Gold for example wouldn't always save because I was using over 47 percent of memory on every thing else, I made new user desktop and it just uses 27 percent, Haven't tried to play this on the memory hog I use the new desktop user for this just in case.

Ya this game fails a lot at 40 percent of my 12 gig used had a update waiting to load which took up memory and this game had a lot of unhandled exceptions.
