planes launch with Joker fuel

I launch several sorties from my carrier. First goes out with reasonable fuel load. Then the next goes off with 33 min to Joker. I can't figure out why. Any ideas?

Can you zip up the scene\save file and post it (either via forums or via link posted to it uploaded elsewhere)?
Other than a specific 're-deploy' setting on fuel for that in the Doctrine screen for the unit\mission\etc I'm not sure how that would be happening off hand anyway, especially for aircraft. hmm
