Add confirmation before remove all traffic sign

Please add a confirmation step when click on the remove all traffic sign. Maybe it is just me but i have clicked on this tempting button many times finetuning my perfect logistic network and end up smashihng the keyboard in frustration....

It would also be neat if there was a button that removes all traffic signs in the selected hex.

Actually, one thing I wanted to add - I can think of only a handful of edge cases where I'd actually WANT to remove every single traffic blocker, everywhere, from the map. But something more limited like removing all blockers in a given zone could be much more useful if, say, you've recently conquered a zone and the front has moved on enough that you want to rework or rationalize the shape of your logistics there. So perhaps add an additional button for "remove all blockers from zone?"

But, y'know, ALSO add a confirmation dialogue to that.
