Mining Techniques doesnt work

I have it researched at 66% and I dont get any bonus to production on metal or oil, neither my deep core metal mining facility.

***After some chatting on the discord server, I found out than it actually works but its not showed up on the assets log, if it did, it would be helpful as an QoL Improvement.

It would also help if the bonus from the Robot Mining techniques would show up in the log.
