Some minor language fixes

Hi Vic,

I love the game. You've done a much better job of documenting it than most developers.
Nonetheless, could I offer a few minor, easy-to-fix language fixes?

1. On the "traffic" screen: it should be "split," not "splitted." In modern English, "split" is the past tense of "split." (It's an irregular verb, like "fit." Splitted actually was used in earlier ages, but not these days.)

2. Manual p. 193, sec 5.4.2.8: "under attack," not "under attacked."

3. The Strategic Card 'Mountaineer team' should read "advise you troops," not "advice your troops." Advise is the verb form.

4. Manual p. 283: should read "fuel is much less important for the defending side than the attacking side." (Right now it says 'fuel is less important for the defending side than the defensive side.')
