Mechanized Arty has incorrect attack

In the design log it says than the soft attack/defense should be 679 based on Firepower but on the final stat it shows as 85.

All other units seem to do the same. So it is at least consistent with all other designs.

For arty there is a soft attack cap which when reaches spills over into more attacks but less soft attack, E.g. this one has three attacks.

Thanks for answering guys! I was really confuse of why the soft attack wasnt increasing with the caliber.
