what is the war room for?

I honestly have no idea what the intended purpose is. But we have been using it to collect snippets of "how to use system X" lately.

It’s an area for “how to” and strategy advice only.

It's a standard Matrix sub-forum--the sub-forums usually have the description text completed to give you a hint.

Example description in War in the East forum:
