Text duplication in HQ reports. 1.03b9

Under Reports => HQs, the food consumption text is written twice (duplicated).
In screenshot - first instance in red, second instance in blue.

This is the first (opening) turn of a new game.
Edit: It's not duplicated on the next turn, so probably just something specific to the opening turn.
