How do you remove a Posture?

I put a posture on an Brigade to get 100% experience growth, but now it is time for them to fight and that posture makes them pretty lousy. How do I remove it? I thought they would only last one turn. If postures are permanent or only removable by another posture that would make them pretty lame...

FYI, Field training has a bug that give +60% to Infantry attack, rather then -60%.

Thank you; I found it. That would seem to be a useful button to have on the picture of the Posture on the Commander's card.
