Can't use the hotkeys of OBS, for recording of WITE

Can't use the hotkeys of OBS, for recording of WITE

I wanted to make a video of WITE, but found an odd interaction with OBS. No hotkey related to the recording with OBS works. It is like this game blocks all the interaction with other programs except windows.

do someone has had the same problem? is there some way to run the game (some command line in steam) that fixes this problem?

Unrelated, but I use a third party program for macros in WitE. For that program you need to run as administrator.
