[1.04b3] Selecting units with the OOB caused map GFX issues

Selecting units with the OOB Tab (F4) caused graphics issues on the main map.

At the time, I would select the unit with the OOB Tab, open unit admin, change the name of the unit, then select the next unit in the OOB tab.

The hexes on the map and the icons began to overlap as if the map no longer synchronized to the viewport.

Selecting hexes on the map started changing the hex. It was as if the position of the map on the screen was not the correct position for mouse select and it was redrawn as new hex at selected hex.

Only leaving OOB and hitting escape fixed the issue.

Could not reproduce. With only selecting units with the OOB Tab (F4) everything appeared to work fine.

Perhaps something in changing or updating unit admin was part of the issue. I tried some changes, but it did not reproduce.

For reference, Game Build v 1.04-beta3; Scenario Build v1.04-beta2; Last Game Build used 103-beta3; Scenario Version Number #42.

I am running a Win 10 Pro 64bit, Intel i7-1065G7, 16GB RAM. It is a Surface Pro 7, connected to 2560x1600 display monitor via USB-C. That's Intel Iris Plus integrated graphics.

As an aside, is there a method to change the name on the HQ counter or those serial numbers in the upper right corner of subordinate counters?

They appear to be set at unit creation and disconnected from unit names.
