1.00.08U3: Problem with date localisation

My PC is in French and with the new Unity engine update, the date is now in French without a capital S to Septembre.

With the old Unity engine, i.e. 1.00.072, it was in English.

Huh?!?! I've never heard of an engine doing this.

The date is now corrected in the main screen, thank you. But, the arrival date in the Deployment window is still localized.
