Victory - does the game just continue...

I just had my underwhelming first win. I take a single page on the vidcom is it. Am I correct the game just keeps playing beyond this point? Thanks

From what I've seen, yes. I only tried it for a couple of turns. You will get a message saying you've won the game each turn, but it appears it will let you play on.

yup before the turn time fixes i played on a game i had won probably 30 turns earlier going for a complete planetary wipe, then new patch landed and i started new game

Funnily enough, it is exactly the same behavior in Vic's old game People's Tactics.
I agree that a single vidcom picture is pretty underwhelming. Especially, because it's the same picture that is shown in the beginning of the game.
